Fabric
June 25th, 2008
I ordered this fabric off of the Fabric and Art site.
I accidentily deleted the WRONG fabric off my cart. Immediately I contacted them via email to correct my deletition. I emailed them 2 more times, asking for confirmation that they received the change.
I was emailed back, stating that they had shipped my fabric that day and that they had sent me the fabric from my order…..despite my numerous contacts. So much for communication…sigh. I sent them my statement of disappointment that my mistake had not been corrected, with no response.
40$ worth of fabric and customs fees later, I end up with the white version that I can’t use. I am none too pleased sadly.
I hate to feel this disappointed and I really love the taupe fabric. I can’t justify shelling out another 40 especially when I am sooo displeased with the customer service I received.
Owning my own online business, I guess I have certain expectations of fellow sellers and the process that one needs to take.
This is my frustration with online buying. I buy ridiculous amounts online. And randomly experiences such as these remind me of the beauty of shopping local.
Anyone wanna buy this teehee, so I can get the one I want??????
