I’m a bit bitter about this one. I’ve been submitting ‘ginkgo leaves’ as an idea to them since 2006.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I spent my afternoon in quiet reflection in Mount Pleasant Cemetary. With the hot sun of new spring, I sat in contemplation of humane choices available for my dear kitty. I had ducked into the cemetary as I needed a quiet place to sit while I made some calls to inform my family of our kittycats prognosis. With an advanced tumor it seemed appropriate that I considered his final options where I did. Mount Pleasant Cemetary here in Toronto is richly diverse. The grounds keepers and powers that be obviously select a careful botanical mix. And a good percentage of the acreage is colored by ginkgo trees of various age. Beautiful..fitting. Peaceful. In the moments of seeing dry swept ginkgo leaves, I found peace in making the appropriate choices for my dear friend.
Hence todays inspiration…
Fitting.
Timeless. Peaceful. Enduring..
